Land and Residential Management

With large areas of land being acquired by non-farming purchasers, we are able to arrange for letting of land under either licence or tenancy where, if necessary, we can arrange to sell off the growing crops.

Bagshaws also collect rents and arrange for rent reviews. This is also true for residential properties and our Residential Department can help with determining rental values, arranging the letting itself and also the ongoing management of the property, including rent collection and maintenance.
