We are always interested to hear from new landlords in our area and would encourage you to contact our team of qualified chartered surveyors and property specialists.
After viewing one of our properties, potential vendors are asked to complete an application form.
In order to comply with Money Laundering Regulations, two forms of original identification are required for each applicant; for instance a current passport, driving licence, utility bill not more than four months old. It is important that original documents must be presented.
Once the referencing process has been complete we will furnish the landlord with the results. If references have been taken up for more than one applicant the landlord will be advised of this at the time and the choice of tenant will be at the sole discretion of the Landlord.
If you are successful with your application a tenancy agreement will be issued with a payment request for the first month’s rent and the deposit.
You will be contacted prior to the tenancy commencement date to arrange an appropriate time and date to visit the office to sign the tenancy documentation, which will include a record of condition, and to make the total move-in payment.
