Location

Brick Kiln Woodland is accessed from Within Lane, Hopton and is located approximately 3 miles north east of Stafford. Nearby is the site of the Battle of Hopton, a Civil War Battle that took place in 1643.

Description

Brick Kiln Woodland extends to 16.47 acres (6.67 ha) in total and is an attractive and unique parcel of productive woodland which will appeal to both forestry investors and those looking for amenity purposes.

The woodland is predominantly mixed broadleaves including oak sweet chestnut and birch, with a proportion of mixed conifer including larch and scotch pine It also benefits from a grass paddock area of open ground amounting to an acre or thereabouts. It has been extremely well managed and will offer purchasers the opportunity to benefit from future timber income as well as recreational use in an accessible and desirable location, enclosed by post and brash fencing.
