Continue on this road for approximately 0.8 miles bear right onto Alport Lane passing through Youlgrave. Take the next left, signposted Middleton by Youlgrave, and take the next right on to Rake Lane. After approximately 0.3 the woodland is on the left hand side as indicated by our For Sale board.
The woodland consists of approximately 0.4 acres and contains a mixture of mature tree species. The land is sloping in nature and is enclosed by dry stone walls. The versatile size of the parcel allows for a number of potential uses.
