Location

The woodland is situated on Rake Lane on the outskirts of the Peak District village of Middleton by Youlgreave. The property lies approximately 5 miles to the south west of Bakewell, approximately 12.1 miles to the south east of Buxton and 12.2 miles to the north of Ashbourne.

Directions

From the centre of Bakewell take the A6 towards Matlock, after approximately 2.3 miles turn right onto the B5056. Continue on this road for approximately 0.8 miles bear right onto Alport Lane passing through Youlgrave. Take the next left, signposted Middleton by Youlgrave, and take the next right on to Rake Lane. After approximately 0.3 the woodland is on the left hand side as indicated by our For Sale board.
