Location

Hag Wood is accessed off the B5035 between Wirksworth and Whatstandwell. The land lies approximately 2 miles from Wirksworth, 5.5 miles from Matlock, 6.5 miles from Belper and 15.5 miles from Chesterfield.

Directions

From Ashbourne follow the B5035 towards Wirksworth until W End for approximately 9 miles. Turn left onto St John’s Street (B5023) and after approximately 40 yards turn right onto Coldwell Street (B5035). After a further mile turn left to stay on the B5035 and after a mile the woodland will be on right hand side. The woodland is accessed off the roadside via a track which runs into the woodland itself. The woodland will then be identifiable from the attached plan.

Conditions of Sale

The Conditions of Sale will be deposited at the office of the Auctioneers seven days prior to the sale and will not be read at the sale.
