To locate the parcel of land from the town of Bakewell, head out north east on Baslow road) until you reach a left turn onto the B6001. Turn off onto the B6001 and follow until you reach a 4-way roundabout, take the exit straight in front and follow on the B6001, through Hassop. At the village of Calver, take a left-hand turn onto the A623, before taking another left-hand turn onto Coombs Dale where you can access the block of land.
