The land occupies an excellent location in the heart of the lovely village of Clifton approximately 2 miles from the historic Market town of Ashbourne. The land is situated on Chapel Lane which is a no through road. Directions

From Ashbourne — Head out of town toward Uttoxeter on the A515. After a short while take the right hand turn into the Village of Clifton, continue along and at the top of a short hill opposite the Cock Inn public house take the left turn, continue to the T junction and turn left again onto Chapel Lane. Proceed past the green and the land can be found on the left after another 50 years next to the public footpath sign, clearly identified by the Bagshaws ‘For Sale’ board.
