Directions

From Uttoxeter - Proceed towards Derby on the A50 after a mile take the exit signposted Ashbourne and Doveridge. Take the third exit at the traffic island towards Doveridge and the second exit at the next island toward Doveridge. Continue onto Derby Road into Doveridge and just as you enter the village take the right turn onto Grove Lane. The access to the gated access with be on the right hand side and the track to the access the field is the left hand track which leads directly to the private field gate.

Contract of Sale

The Contract of Sale will be available at the offices of the Estate agents and solicitors prior to the tender closing date. The Vendor and their solicitors are not looking to deal with further enquiries once a sale has been agreed, these enquiries should be raised prior to submitting a tender.

Deposit, Costs and Completion
