From The A50 / A38 Roundabout - Proceed towards Burton on the A38 and take the first left turn towards Willington and Eggington. At the T junction turn right onto the A132 toward Eggington. Continue and take the left hand turn onto Ash Grove Lane and keep left onto Main Street leading into Egginton Village then take the forth right turn onto Fish Pond Lane. Continue to the top of Fishpond Lane and as it turns into Duck Street take the track on the left hand side. The access to the field gate is then 50 metres on the right hand side clearly identified by the Bagshaws For Sale board.
