Location

The land is located near to the popular rural village of Tideswell in the Peak District National Park, with great views across the countryside.

The land lies outside in the village of Tideswell which is approximately 8.5 miles from the market town of Bakewell and 8 miles from the spa town of Buxton. The land is accessed off a country lane leading into the village of Tideswell and to the hamlet of Miller’s Dale.

Directions

From Tideswell, head south from the centre of the village along Buxton Road B6049 and just before the end of the village, turn right onto Richard Lane. Follow the road up the hill to the crossroads. Turn right onto Meadow Lane and then after a short distance and the ‘T’ junction, turn left onto Sherwood Road. Once on the road continue for approximately half a mile, the land can be found on the left-hand side as indicated by our ‘For Sale’ board.

Deposits & Completion

The successful purchaser will be required to pay a deposit of 10% of the sale price upon the fall of the hammer. Please note that proof of identification must also be provided to comply with the Money Laundering Regulations 2017. The signing of the Contract of Sale and 10% deposit is legally binding on both parties and completion will occur within 28 days thereafter, unless otherwise stated at the auction.
