Pick up the A38 (N) towards Mansfield, Chesterfield and M1. Take third exit signposted Chesterfield and Matlock. At the roundabout take the first exit and at the traffic lights turn left onto the A615, follow road to traffic lights and turn right continue for 0.4 mile passing the Peacock Hotel on the left before taking next right turn onto the farm drive and follow it along where the farmstead can be found at the end of the driveway.

From Peak District/Bakewell Market

Follow A6 towards Matlock at Crown Square take A615 towards Tansley, Wessington and Alfreton. Passing through Tansley and Wessington continue towards Alfreton passing under railway bridge and at the top of the hill at T junction the drive can be located directly opposite.
