The land is situated in a semi-rural location on the edge of the hamlet of Ogston, with road links to nearby towns of Chesterfield (7.9 miles) Matlock (4.7 miles) and Bakewell (13.2 miles)

Directions
Travelling southbound on the A61 from Chesterfield, pass through Clay Cross shortly thereafter taking a right hand turn onto the B6014 at the White Bear Public House, continue on this road for approximately another 2.5 kilometers, passing the reservoir on the left hand side. The land will be indicated by our For Sale board on the right hand side.
