The land is situated in a semi-rural location on the edge of the village of Youlgreave and within the Peak District National Park. Furthermore, the land is 4.70 miles from Bakewell and 8.20 miles from Matlock.

From our Bakewell office, head south on the A6 for approximately 1.5 miles. Turn right onto the B5056, signposted for Youlgreave. Follow the road for approx. 3 miles straight into the village of Youlgreave. Pass through the village, until the George Hotel is situated on your right. Turn immediately right onto Conksbury Lane and continue for approximately 0.3 miles. The land will lie on the right hand side as indicated by our For Sale board.
