The land is situated in a rural location near the village of Freehay which is located approximately 2 miles from the centre of Cheadle, Staffordshire.

From Freehay Church continue along School Lane towards Cheadle and at the traffic lights turn right into Hollington Road. After about a third of a mile the land will be found on your left hand side clearly identified by the Bagshaws “For Sale” Board.
