The land is located on the edge of the village of Kirk Langley along Flagshaw Lane which is a useful semi rural location. Access to the fields is directly off Flagshaw Lane which itself leads directly on to the A52 at Kirk Langley. Derby City centre is approximately 6 miles south east.

From Ashbourne: Take the A52 towards Derby and upon reaching the village of Kirk Langley you will approach a cross roads in the centre of the village. Flagshaw Lane is on your left. Continue along the lane for approximately three quarters of a mile and the land will be found on your left opposite Hall Farm. The land will be also be identified by our “For Sale” board.
