From Chapel en le Frith town centre, head East along Market Street and then turn left onto Sheffield Road, sign posted for Edale and Buxton. Continue along the road under the dual carriageway and then immediately turn right onto Blackbrook Lane, signposted for Blackbrook and Buxton. Follow the road and then turn left onto Blackbrook Lane (not going on the dual carriageway). Conditions of Sale
The Conditions of Sale will be deposited at the office of the Auctioneers seven days prior to the sale and will not be read at the sale.
