Description
The sale of this land offers an opportunity to purchase a useful parcel of grassland lying over limestone, in a sought-after area, suited for both mowing and grazing purposes. The land extends to approximately 11.39 acres (4.61 ha) of which can be accessed directly off Blakemere Lane through a vehicle gateway to the North of the fields. The soils are described (Cranfield Institute) as being freely draining slightly acid base rich soils with a loamy texture.

Heading South from the village of Bonsall head down Yeoman Street for approximately 0.5 miles, until you reach the small roundabout and take first exit on to Clatterway, continue along this road for approximately 300 yards then take a right on to Black Tor Road continue straight along this road which will take you on to Leys Lane follow this road for approximately 2 miles until you reach Blakemere crossroads then take a right on to Blakemere Lane continue straight for approximately 300 yards, and the land is situated on your Left hand side as indicated by our ‘For Sale’ board. Blakemere Road has a broken surface- so care should be exercised in vehicles with limited ground clearance.
