The land is situated in a rural location on the edge of the village of Bonsall and within the Peak District National Park. .
The land lies approximately 2 miles from the village of Winster, 2.7 miles from the village of Bonsall whilst being 6 miles from market town of Matlock.

Heading from Winster at the Miners Standard, head South along the B5056 and take the first left hand turning onto Bonsall Lane. Follow the road for a short distance and take the first right hand turning onto Bonsallmoor Lane. Follow the road past Moor Farm and continue through gate and proceed until the cross roads. At the crossroads, turn right onto Blakemere Lane, the land is situated on your right hand side as indicated by our ‘For Sale’ board.

Deposits & Completion
The successful purchaser will be required to pay a deposit of 10% of the sale price upon the fall of the hammer. The signing of the Contract of Sale and 10% deposit is legally binding on both parties and completion will occur within 28 days thereafter, unless stated otherwise at the auction. The Conditions of Sale will be deposited at the office of the Auctioneers seven days prior to the sale and will not be read at the sale.
