The land lies just outside of the Peak District National Park with far reaching views.

To locate the land, from Matlock take the A632 towards Chesterfield. Continue along the road down Slack Hill into Kelstedge. Continue out of Kelstedge to Span Carr crossroads and turn right onto Birkin Lane. Once on Birkin Lane, take the first right hand turning onto Long Lane and the land will be found on the left hand side identified by our ‘For Sale’ board just before Long Lane Farm.
