From Wirksworth, head west past the market square out of the town. Once passing all of the houses, bear right onto Brassington Lane signposted for Brassington. Continue along the lane for approx. 1 mile. Turn right onto the B5035, and then immediately left for Brassington, follow the road for approx. 0.5 miles before turning right onto Hopton Via Gellia. Pass under the stone bridge, the land can be found on the right hand side, as indicated by our ‘For Sale’ board.
