The barn and land occupy a simply stunning location enjoying panoramic countryside views across the Derwent Valley. From our Ashbourne Office — Proceed out of the town towards Matlock on the B5035 remain on this road for approximately 10 miles going around the edge of Carsington Wa-ter and proceeding to the cross roads at Middleton with the Rising Sun public house on your left, turn left into the village of Middleton and proceed into the village. A formal confirmation will be required to confirm that a buyer has nominated a legal representative who will be able to exchange contracts within 48hours hours of offer acceptance and complete 28 days thereafter (earlier by mutual agreement). The successful purchaser will be required to contribute towards the vendors costs to the value of £3000 as a contribution towards the vendors solicitor charges and agents fees.
