Location
The barn and land are situated in a rural location near to the small village of Priestcliffe, that lies within the Peak District National Park. Local facilities are available within the neighbouring village of Taddington, whilst a wider range of village amenities are available in the nearby village of Tideswell. Whilst being situated in a rural situation it is very accessible with the barn being 6.5 miles to the west of market town of Bakewell and 6.5 miles to the south of spa town of Buxton. Directions
From Bakewell, head north out of the Town along the A6 heading towards Buxton. Continue past Ashford in the Water and up onto the dual carriageway. At the end of the dual carriageway, take the first right hand turning signposted for Priestcliffe onto Hollow O’the Moor. Continue past the properties on the left and then take the right hand turning onto Priestcliffe Road. Continue through the village and onto Broadway Lane which is a hardcore track. Continue past the property on the right and then the track splits. For Lots 3, 4 and 5 take the right hand lane and continue down the hill and around a sharp left hand bend and up the hill. Lot 3 will be found first and the lots 4 and 5 shortly after all on the right hand side.

Description

Viewing

The successful purchaser will be required to pay a deposit of 10% of the sale price upon the fall of the hammer.
