The barn and land are situated in a rural location near to the small village of Priestcliffe, that lies within the Peak District National Park. Local facilities are available within the neighbouring village of Taddington, whilst a wider range of village amenities are available in the nearby village of Tideswell. From Bakewell, head north out of the Town along the A6 heading towards Buxton. Continue past Ashford in the Water and up onto the dual carriageway. At the end of the dual carriageway, take the first right hand turning signposted for Priestcliffe onto Hollow O’the Moor. Continue past the properties on the left and then take the right hand turning onto Priestcliffe Road. Continue through the village and onto Broadway Lane which is a hardcore track. Back to the first track, continue straight along Broadway Lane to where the track splits again. Lot 1 will be found straight ahead and then take the right turning where the land merges into Bulltorr Lane the and Lot 2 will be found on the left hand side, all indicated by our For Sale boards.

A traditional two storey stone barn positioned just off the lane, leading into a spacious plot with an entrance gate and grass area to the front situated in a rural location with far reaching countryside views.
