Heading in to Buxton on the A6 from Bakewell, at the roundabout take the second exit on to Fairfield Road. Planning Permission
Planning Application Ref: HPK/2019/0317 Outline Planning permission was newly granted by High Peak Borough Council on 4th September 2019 with all matters reserved for the erection of five residential dwellings. This new consent does not have any requirement for affordable housing, unlike the previous consent. A copy of the application is available upon request, or via the local planning authority website.

Visibility Splay Licence
The successful purchaser will be required to take on a licence to maintain the visibility splay at the Junction of Waterswallows Road and Lesser Lane, as per condition 10 of the approved Planning consent. A copy of the licence is available upon request.
