Agricultural Business Centre, Bakewell
Our Land & Property Auction, held yesterday at the Agricultural Business Centre, Bakewell, attracted strong interest across a varied catalogue of eight lots, comprising agricultural land, rural buildings, and residential property spanning Derbyshire and Staffordshire.
Five lots sold under the hammer, with a total of £422,000 raised on the day. Highlights included Land off Station Road, Haughton, which achieved £118,000, and the two Dronfield lots on Dobbin Lane, which sold for £44,000 and £105,000 respectively. Land and Barn at Bonsall sold for £90,000, and 43 Stanton Road, Meir made £65,000.

- Lot 2 – Land off Station Road, Haughton — £118,000
- Lot 3 – Land and Stables, Tideswell — No Sale
- Lot 4 – 43 Stanton Road, Meir — £65,000
- Lot 5 – Land off Dobbin Lane, Dronfield (Lot A) — £44,000
- Lot 6 – Land off Dobbin Lane, Dronfield (Lot B) — £105,000
- Lot 7 – Land and Barn, Bonsall — £90,000
- Lot 8 – 27 Grangefields, Biddulph — No Sale
