Here at Bagshaws, we have a wide network of industry contacts including specialist planning solicitors, ecologists, archaeologists and structural engineers. This ensures that a robust yet cost effective planning permission is achieved. With our experience of dealing with a number of Authorities and District Councils in the region, all of which have varying requirements, we are best placed to advice on planning proposals.
Development
With our experience and contacts, we can provide advice in relation to any potential development land you may own. We have numerous contacts within the development world be it for identifying suitable developers to take a site forward or securing the services of a planning promoter. As a team we have dealt with option or promotion agreements on sites from 3 acres to 200 acres and we will always be looking out for your best interest in order to maximise/secure planning permission. It is important to involve all of your professional advisors at an early stage and generally your professional costs are covered by the developer/promoter meaning you will not be out of pocket in getting to the stage of signing up with a developer/promoter.
Craig provided an experienced hand to write and guide our planning proposal, plus insight into the ‘local issues’ we encountered. We are very happy with the professional service he provided.
