Very good show of 586 sheep included 297 lambs with 2 new season lambs selling to 610p/kg to average 598.46p/kg.

In the old season lambs a total of 295 on offer attracted brisk bidding for all types with lighter weight butchers lambs to 478p/kg, medium weights to 475p/kg, heavy weights to 420p/kg and over weight to 415p/kg resulting in a top gross of £238.15/head.

Overall average 404.56p/kg.

A very good show of 197 store sheep included a flock dispersal from the late PJ Hooley which attracted brisk bidding throughout.
