Red hot trade in red hot Derbyshire”-Mark Elliott

The dispersal on behalf of the Late Mr Allsop at Brookfields Farm, Brassington saw a large crowd and spirited bidding from start to finish with the principal items including a classic Massey Ferguson 188 Turbo and Toyota Hilux with very low mileage achieving outstanding figures.

One of the stars of the show was a unique Massey Ferguson 188 Turbo on a 1976 P Plate which came forward for sale with a Garrett Turbo PAVT Rear Wheel Centres and Multi Power Transmission. This created wide interest nationally and was eventually purchased by a Scottish collector for £13,000.
