Numbers back on last year with a total of 2,188 forward and a flying trade throughout with an average for shearlings at £251.84 up exactly £50 on the same sale last year.

A packed ring full of buyers with many going home empty of short of requirements.

The next sale of breeding sheep is on Friday 2nd October for which we are now taking entries.
