There was a full conference room at the Agricultural Business Centre in Bakewell to witness a number of lots being offered under the hammer. Some wonderful results were realised, with circa £1.9 m of property sold. The results were as follows:

The Old Chapel, Shottle £242,000
The land at Bamford, property at Stony Houghton and Palace Cottage, Shottle remain unsold at the time of writing, as is Glapwell Lanes Farm, so do contact the office should they be of interest.
