Stronger well finished types met a firm level of demand to tops of 330p/kg and £176 per head, but a number of tail end types within the entry depressing the overall average.

A firmer trade to a top of £116 with a larger proportion of plainer and horned ewes within the entry with plenty of grazing customers present.

The annual consignment of Mule in lamb ewes from Hayden Fletcher, Peak Forest attracted plenty of considerable interest with a top of £154 and trade up on last year.
