IN LAMB EWES
The special sale of in lamb ewes attracted great interest with buyers from Lincolnshire, Leicestershire, Cheshire, Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire. A run of 260 Texel x all off one farm were the main consignment which saw Texel shearlings scanned in lamb to £272 and ewes to £270 to average £235. Draft Mule ewes scanned in lamb sold to £235 to average £218.
