519 Sheep including 291 Finished Lambs, 40 Hoggs, 146 Cull Sheep & 40 Store Sheep

 

291 Spring Lambs ave 335.47p/kg

A further increase in numbers and an excellent trade for all types and weights.  Graham Ford topped the trade with a bunch of first draw lambs at 360p/kg with top prices at £149 per head and an overall average at £130/head.

Another excellent trade with Continental Ewes to £167 and Mules to £145.

 

40 Store Sheep

A small entry, but potential buyers with grass growing out of their ears saw demand as good as seen this year.
