A slightly easier trade on the week with the average reflecting a number of sheep lacking finish and a proportion of hill bred sorts in the entry. Top price still a respectable £156 per head and 336p/kg.

Store hoggs continue to attract significant interest with plenty of potential purchasers present to a top of £86.
Similar story for the large entry of ewe lambs present which saw Texel in lamb ewe hoggs to a top of £170 and Texel ewe lambs clear of ram to £122.
