A funny days trading maybe due to the sunny weather saw the best to £2100 from Messrs Beech of Sutton, Macclesfield with others from the same home to £1960 and £1810 the second of which was a Shorthorn x.

Another Shorthorn x from Edward & Diane Bennett of Whiston reached £1800. A Holstein heifer from Messrs Phillips of Winkhill reached £1920.

Next week is Pedigree week and we also have a superb entry of 10 fresh heifers from Messrs Johnson of Longnor.
