Another very swift trade for Dairies saw a top price within the commercials of £2480 for a 26kg heifer from John & Tracy Chamberlain of Marston Montgomery. Numerous other heifers were £2300 plus including a 30kg heifer from Andrew Weston of £2440 who had a second at £2340.

Messrs Easom saw all three of their heifers over £2000 with the best to £2400 & £2380 respectively.

Cows topped at £2360 for a second calver from Messrs Broadley of Newhaven. The entire commercial entry averaged £2020.

The herd dispersal on behalf of the Boffey family of Church Lawton sold extremely well topping at £2260 for an August calved fourth calver.
