Wednesday 25th October 2023 – Moore Farm, Bamford, Hope Valley
The Bagshaw’s Dispersal on behalf of Mr Goff Gartside arose as a result of his retirement, the family have been tenants on the holding since 1945. It attracted wide interest for the machinery especially for the Ifor Williams 10ft Livestock Trailer. There was excellent support from the locals within the Hope Valley and surrounding Derbyshire villages but the sale also included purchasers from Wales, Yorkshire, Staffordshire and Derbyshire.

The main items of the sale were the Massey Fergurson 35 achieving £4020 and International 785 2WD Showing 7451 Hours (B Reg) achieving £2850. The main tractor on the Farm was the Ford 7610 Series II c/w Power Loader showing 7881 Hours (E Reg) achieving £12,100. The Kramer 312 LEX Loading Shovel achieving £8300 to a Derbyshire purchaser.
