“Massive Crowd at Derbyshire End of Tenancy Sale”-Mark Elliott

The large sale on behalf of Heather Wood and family at Gratton Moor saw over 600 lots numbered and a massive crowd to support the family after the passing of the Late Robert Wood and the ending of the tenancy.

Within the Early Lots:

The trailers from the farm together with the tractors and Isuzu Pickup attracted wide interest from all surrounding counties together with Wales and the West Midlands.

Undoubtedly the stars of the show were the John Deere 6230 4WD tractor together with loader and the Isuzu D-Max Pickup. The John Deere 6230 was registered 2008 and complete with John Deere 633 Loader having worked 8,844 hours and achieved £26,000 to a Derbyshire purchaser.

The Isuzu D-Max Utah 4 Door 4WD Pickup with automatic gearbox, registered 2014 having covered 75,673 miles. It was purchased by a farmer from Stoke on Trent for £10,700.

The farms Suzuki King Quad 500 AXR Quad Bike c/w Power Steering had only worked 920 hours and was August 2020 model achieving £6450.

There was a special entry from the Robinson family who were dealing with a deceased estate with;
