Machinery Dispersal Report-Heath Farm, Hollywood, Nr Stone Friday 7th March

The sale on behalf of the Haynes family of Heath Farm at Hollywood, Nr Stone saw nearly 550 lots for sale ranging from tractors and machinery right through to non-vat churns and glazed sinks.

In the early lots:

In the larger items the sale was well supported by Welsh, Wiltshire and southern buyers in addition to all the local contingents.

One of the stars of the show was the Bunning Lowlander 80 Farmstar Rear Discharge FYM Spreader (18’) which achieved an excellent price of £17,200 and saw interest from both Wales and four counties of England.

The farms Nugent Tri-Axle Livestock Trailer achieved £5,460 with the McCormick CX105 showing 8,305 hours achieving £11,000 and the Valtra 8150 on a 02’ Plate showing 14,600 hours at £14,900.

Round haylage bales to £28 per bale.
