Machinery Dispersal Report-Highfields Farm, Nr Tamworth 2021-04-30

SECOND SUCCESSFUL ON-SITE DISPERSAL SEES MASSIVE PRICE FOR WELL MAINTAINED MERLO TELEHANDLER

The Bagshaws on site team travelled to Clifton Campville near Tamworth for the end of
April sale on behalf of Joe Bennett and Amy trading as Highfields Farm Dairy Ltd.

There was an extensive range of sheep and goat equipment, hurdles etc together with
grassland equipment, a John Deere tractor and a superbly maintained low hour Merlo TF 35.7
CS 120 Telehandler.

Within the smaller items;
Heavy RSJs to £290 per lot

Sets of 5 Galvanised Sheep Hurdles to £100 per set.

The IAE Mini Covered Lamb Creep achieved £210, with the Bateman Heavy Duty Sheep
Rollover Crate at £410.

Pig Arcs to £110, Nuffield classic shell mudguards to £80 per pair with a Duncan cab to fit
Classic Nuffield at £150.

Within the machinery items there was a small range of grassland kit with a Twose flat roller
at £280, Sitrex DM5 Mounted Disc Mower £1960, Sitrex 4 Rotor Trailed Tedder £1700 and
trailers to £590 each.

The classic John Deere 3040 2WD on a D reg sold extremely well to a Cumbrian bidder at
£8,750 and the star of the show being the Merlo TF 35.7 120 Telehander on a 16 plate with
under 1860 hours achieved a massive £41,800 to a Nottinghamshire purchaser.

Local vendors also included several items including a John Deere 3200 Telehander (02) at
£13,500, a KWB Root Feeder Bucket (cone and pin fittings) £920, Ifor Williams 10 ft Twin Axle
Livestock Trailer £3,400 and Lister Sheep Shearing Units up to £155 per set.

In the yard there was a range of in situ items with a small EB Fibre Sided Bulk Leg Bin at £1200,
and a 20t Simms enclosed Steel Straights Bin at £3,200.
In the non-VAT items the Snapper RPX 200 Ride On Mower achieved £740 with Vintage Fuel
Cans to £90.
