The sale of Mr David Bailey’s range of Bamford and Henry Bamford machines attracted wide interest with many purchasers travelling a long distance to bid at the varied lots on offer.

There were various local antiquities, including a sign from the Hare And Hounds (now closed) Public House at Stramshall at £340, and a working national clocking on machine at £330.
