With another catalogued entry of over 5,500 sheep trade was extremely strong for everything with the store lambs being particularly dear, seeing a total clearance easily achieved and the average up some £21 on the same sale last year at £91 per head.
Buyers gathered from far and wide with a large contingent from both North and South Wales to the West and Norfolk to the East with a top price of £130.
Breeding sheep equally as strong with shearlings to £196 and rams to £390.
Next sale is on Friday 10th November for which a large entry is required.
