Having grown up on a dairy and sheep farm in Derbyshire, Aaron graduated from Harper Adams University College in 2011 with a degree in rural property management.

Aaron worked at a national firm for 2 ½ years in North Yorkshire, primarily involved in estate management and property sales.

Following the move back to Derbyshire, Aaron joined Bagshaws in October 2013 based in the Bakewell office, where he primarily deals with property and land sales but also deals with tenancy matters, BPS applications and general rural property management.

Outside of work, Aaron is on the farm at home and participates in showing horses at local and national shows.
