Jo commenced in her post as Practice Manager in 2016 and is involved in all aspects of business management and company administration. Jo oversees HR, health and safety, compliance, regulation, insurance and management of company contracts.

Prior to joining Bagshaws; Jo studied at the University of Leeds and worked in the pharmaceutical industry for many years, before spending time in a management role for the NHS.
