Paul provides extensive local knowledge as he was raised in Ashbourne itself and has now been back living and working in the area since 2007.

Prior to joining Bagshaws, Paul worked for estate agents selling properties across Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Staffordshire and is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents.

Paul specialises in the sale and rental of both town and country properties and provides free market appraisals for all customers who are considering selling or renting their properties.
