Heads of Terms-

• Good road access is available to all fields.
• The crops can be viewed at any time during daylight hours with a copy of the particulars in hand.
• The successful party on each lot must pay the tender fee in advance and in full prior to harvesting the crop.
• The highest nor any tender need not necessarily be accepted by the vendor.
• The crop must be harvested before the 30^th September 2026.

Directions-Hungerford Lane, Madeley

From the centre of Madeley Village pick up the A525 with Poolside on your right. Travel approximately 600 yards south towards Baldwin’s Gate and at the end of Poolside (near the wooden seats) turn left at the tarmac triangle. Continue along the lane and turn left on Castle Lane (towards Netherset Hey Industrial Estate). Continue up the lane with lot 1 lying first on the left adjoining the last house.

Directions-three fields at Betley

From the main road at Betley pick up Church Lane signed for the Cricket Club. Continue for approximately 600 yards and bear right passing the school on the right. Travel out of the village on Church Lane for approximately 1 mile. At the crown of the hill lies the fields farm on the right with two fields lying opposite and one field up the farm track adjoining the wind turbine.
