It is with great pleasure, the Partners announce Philip Hulland has joined the Bagshaws Partnership. Philip joined Bagshaws in 2010 and became an Associate Partner in July 2019 Philip’s current role includes advising upon some of the more complex agricultural landlord and tenant work, undertaking valuations for a range of purposes, addressing utilities and compensation issues, in addition to dealing with rural property sales and management, solar and battery sites and some development work together with certain forestry and sporting matters.

Philip will join our current Partners Alastair Sneddon, Malcolm Gale, Mark Elliott, Ed Lawley, Christine Baggott, Ivor Lowe and Rory Clark to provide management and direction across the Company.
