Bakewell Property Auction Report – Monday 24th, 2025
What an exciting start to 2025! The Agricultural Business Centre in Bakewell was bustling with energy as eager bidders gathered for the first property auction of the year, and it did not disappoint. With notably high land prices, and an impressive turnout, the day saw over £530,000, worth of property sold – a fantastic result for all involved!
The results were as follows:
- Land off Sherwood Road, Tideswell £21,500
- Land off Over Lane, Baslow £126,000
- Land off Church Road & Blackwell – Lot A £247,500
- Land off Church Road & Blackwell – Lot B £106,000
- Land off Foxholes Lane, Tansley – Lot B £36,000
While the day saw great success, a couple of properties remain available:
