Bagshaws at Harper Adams Land & Property Careers & Placement Fair

On Tuesday 20th October, Georgia, Alex and Louisa represented Bagshaws at the Harper Adams University Land & Property Careers & Placement Fair 2026.

The event was a busy and successful day, providing a great opportunity to meet students from across the university and promote the placement and graduate opportunities available at Bagshaws.

We are proud to support the next generation of rural professionals and have several agricultural apprenticeship roles within the business. While everyone’s career journey is different, we are committed to helping aspiring Chartered Surveyors gain valuable experience alongside their studies.

Bagshaws currently has a number of apprentices working within the business while completing their degrees at Harper Adams, alongside colleagues who have already graduated and gone on to achieve their CAAV and MRICS qualifications, becoming fully qualified Rural Chartered Surveyors. We also have several members of the team who are continuing their studies alongside their roles at Bagshaws.

Working and studying at the same time undoubtedly requires commitment, but the benefits are significant. Gaining real-world experience alongside academic studies provides an invaluable insight into the profession and allows students to put their learning into practice from the outset of their careers.

It was fantastic to see so many students attending the fair and to meet the future generation of professionals looking to build careers in the land and property sector. We look forward to welcoming more budding Chartered Surveyors to the Bagshaws team in the future.
