Bagshaws’ latest property auction, held at the Agricultural Centre in Bakewell on Monday 21st July, marked another milestone in the 2025 property sales calendar. Despite signs of a more cautious market, the auction still brought in over £1.615 million in sales, reflecting ongoing demand for well-positioned property and land across the region.
While some lots remain unsold, the strong sale of headline properties including New Barn Farm, Aldwark for £1.1 million demonstrates that motivated buyers remain active, particularly for standout opportunities.
